in 1929, Van Beuren told Paul Terry to make new Aesop's Sound Fables instead of making reissue's of their silent ones, Paul Terry said No and Van Beuren fired Him, and Terry took many of the staff with him, The earliest terrytoon started production circa november 1929 with Philip A. Schieb composing the music and Audio-Cinema Inc as their distributor, they released their first cartoon in 1930
